As much as we are looking forward to welcoming you back, if you, anyone in your household or anybody in your group are experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms please do not visit our restaurant.

Finally! The opening of Big Man’s Food has been carefully considered, and we are able to take bookings for group sizes of up to 6 people. We have liaised closely with our Local Council whilst developing our COVID-19 safety controls and continue to do so. This ensures that we are actively implementing and practising all required control measures, to keep both our guests and TeamBMF safe, as this is our top priority. Our Management continues to review Government guidelines and industry guidance, to keep our operation up to date and effective.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO:

  • Enhanced frequency surface sanitisation and hand washing.

  • Daily managerial checks to ensure all COVID-19 control measures are in place and being adhered to by all.

  • Robust fitness to work checks for all our team to protect everyone’s safety.

  • Clear training our processes for all our managers and team members.

  • Additional hand sanitiser stations installed for use by both team members, guests dining in, guests collecting food and delivery drivers.

  • Introduction of a simplified, refined menu which ensures we are practising social distancing measures through smaller teams.

  • Reduced booking availability and maximum group size of 16 to ensure social distancing is in place, and to ensure the safety of our guests and team.

  • Continually liaising with our primary authority to review and adhere to government guidelines and requirements at all times.

  • Clear signposting throughout our stores.

WHAT WE ASK FROM YOU

To ensure you and our team are safe please:

  • Do not congregate at our entrances or other areas.

  • Please wait for instructions from our team while waiting to be seated.

  • Make use of our hand sanitiser stations upon entry to our restaurant.

  • Give fellow guests their space and follow social distancing guidelines.

  • Keep children with you at all times. Please make sure they are seated.

  • Pay with card where possible.

 

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE:

 

Pre-arrival

  • Arrive at time of booking, not before.

  • Be prepared to wait longer if your table is not ready as we may be sanitising it.

  • Hand sanitiser in the front door area.

  • One-way for dining in guests, separate area for Contact-Free Collection.

  • Limited number of tables available, following government guidelines. 

  • Reduced group size availability.

 

Dining

  • Tables and chairs sanitised after each seating.

  • Condiment sachets, available on request.

  • Food and drink placed at the end of your table.

The safety of our team members and valued guests is of utmost priority. With the lifting of Government restrictions, we are offering dine-in as an option for our guests in addition to our Contact-Free Deliveries & Collection services. All our services adhere to our stringent COVID-19 safety management system control measures, which include:

Social distancing measures in place throughout our restaurants, both internally and externally; using floor stickers, clear signage throughout and one-way system.

A fully controlled booking system and Contact-Free Deliveries & Collection slot system, allows us to control the number of guests in our building and orders placed, ensuring our guests have a safe and efficient experience that can be safely managed by our teams.

Our menus are sanitised after every use and condiments sachets ensure limited contact between our team and our guests.

Additional hand sanitiser stations installed for use by team members and guests.

Robust, tailored COVID-19 fitness to work procedures and checks are in place.

Enhanced frequency surface sanitisation, additional hourly cleaning schedules and hand washing.
